Dear Tom and Ray:
I own a '93 Volkswagen Eurovan. My problem is with my family. Every time we have a family get-together it is my van that is made fun of. I know that it is all good natured teasing and they are not malicious about it (and besides, you should see what they drive), but they are not open minded about it either. My question for both of you is have you driven the Eurovan, and if you have, what do you think of it?
Douglas
Ray: Yes we have driven the Eurovan, Douglas. And what do we think of it?
Tom: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Everybody wants a new car. But from a purely financial point of view, there
is no question that buying a used car is always cheaper, even in the long
run. To learn more, order Tom and Ray's pamphlet How to Buy a Used Car:
Things That Detroit and Tokyo Don't Want You to Know. To order, send (check or money order) to Ruin, P.O. Box 536475, Orlando, FL 32853-6475. You can also order online.
