No Hands on the Wheel
Dear Click and Clack:
Here's what just happened: I was attempting to turn down a small street when a Mercedes SUV came at me in the middle of said street, leaving no room for me. The driver (perfectly coifed) was talking on a cell phone, with the phone in her left hand. When I gently beeped at her to get her attention so she wouldn't run into me, she took her right hand OFF THE WHEEL to give me the finger! NO HANDS ON THE WHEEL! Isn't there something you can do about these people????
