They have a wonderful shuttle service that will get you to work at no cost to you. They took my car the same day that I called, and they diagnosed all sorts of things that I hadn't even had them look for. As a bonus, they removed my old Minneosta plate which had rusted on and which I had bent out of the way and slapped a Massachusetts plate on top. They were friendly, helpful and fast! I'll go there again!

Brian and the Ultima team have taken excellent care of my 1975 Volvo wagon for the past three years. They've done everything from fix flats to install a new exhaust system, and all the work has been done with the utmost care and precision. When an exhaust system compenent was not available for my car due to its age, Brian had one custom made. Ultima undersands the benefits of maintaining an older car rather than buying a new one as soon as something goes wrong, and they are very good about letting me know about things that might need fixing in the near future. They are honest, prices are fair, and Brian is really funny to top it all off.

Brian and Yuval have been taking care of my 1990 Volvo for 6 or 7 years. They're great! Brian even left the shop to come give me a jump start one time! They're meticulous in they're repairs. I've come to completely rely on them. They tell me what needs doing right now, what can wait 1-3-5,000 miles. They'll even suggest less expensive solutions! Always friendly and helpful.
