Tak Nishimura did an excellent job fixing my truck and his prices for working on my engine and air conditioning were far more reasonable than other mechanics that I could find in the area! Well worth the trip from the beach cities west of Torrance. I don't earn all that much so it really paid for me to wait at his shop and skip work while he fixed my truck. Price and competence make Tak a real find, and it was my idea to write this. He is not a relative and did not offer to pay me.

Mr. N is honest and a great mechanic - He's always straightforward and could have charged me for plenty of work - I thought I needed a new clutch...he did an adjustment in 10 minutes and charged $5. He's done my brakes and fixed an oil leak. Her shows me the extra parts, and has done extra work w/o charging for the labor. He's a proud and good mechanic,so good, he's completely booked.

My son, who just moved San Pedro, called me with an emergency car problem and no idea where to take it. I had no idea either until I found this shop on this site. I took a chance and recommended it to him and just hoped for the best. He doesn't know a lot about cars and would be a fairly easy person to take advantage of because he's also very trusting. He was thrilled with the work that they did. He said his car hadn't felt as good in ages. Their price was very fair and they finished exactly when they said they would. He was so happy when I spoke with him, I had to post these comments. Thanks.
