Walter and Roy treat their customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of the customer's gender. Once, when I told them to replace the tires, Walter told me there was really no reason to do so yet, reducing the bill significantly. They're conveniently right off the Ridgeland El stop. Now I live in NY, and I miss my mechanics...but I'm driving back to Chicago this summer for my 60,000 mile tune-up!

Roy and Walter have been working on our cars for years, and before I got married, they worked on all of our family's cars as well. They are more than reasonable mechanics and are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and timely. My wife and I recently moved out to the suburbs, but our business remains with Asian Domestic. These guys are great!

My wife and I were referred to Asian Domestic Authority by a trusted friend a number of years ago. We have been taking our automobiles to Roy and Walter for repair and service ever since, and have recommended them to many others. I have never once heard a complaint from anyone. I trust them completely.

1. They seem to always be open (past 5:30 so I can drop my car off without having to miss time at work). 2. Very reasonable prices 3. They are smart enough to treat my work truck like a work truck and the family cars like a family car. 4. I have them servicing 3 of my cars. I see them every half year to 9 months, yet they always remember me even though they are really busy all the time 5. The one time he made a mistake (put the wrong oxygen sensor in a '99 Honda Accord), Roy admitted his mistake, apologized and corrected the problem 6. Both Roy and Walter (the owners) and any employees (don't know their names) are very pleasant to deal with.

I have been going to Walter and Roy for 9 years. I agree 100% with all of the previous comments. They are honest, respectful and have fair pricing. Their customer service is so good, they even dropped me off at work a few times after I left my car at their shop. (It was close by). They definitely did not make me feel stupid about my lack of mechanical knowledge. I would recommend this place again and again to all of my friends.

I have only been there once, but I was very pleased with the service. The cost of repairs was very, very reasonable. I have another car with "issues", and I am going to take it there, too.

LOOK NO FURTHER for your vehicle repair! Honest. Professional. Customer service at its FINEST. Owner's pride in his shop and workmanship makes this place an Oak Park Treasure. One block from Green Line El - Ridgeland stop - so drop off and pick up is extremely safe and convenient. Recommended by my friends who were unwavering in their endorsement! RIGHT AGAIN!
